Post #8 of Personal Project 52 weeks. * Self-timer family photos. Noah eagerly participated by pressing the shutter and running to get into the photo. He was incredibly pleased with his role as photographer. This is one of the outtakes. We did get some great shots. *Happy dance* * We went to Victoria this week….

it’s only Monday and it’s already up…GOOD WORK! Love the picture of Opa and Noah reading! You sure captured Mattias’ true personality with him diving head first into the chair!
-
These updates are so nice, Karin! I love the food photography in “Deceptively Delicious” by Jessica Seinfeld. Kind of a 50s feel…
-
I so love food photography too – something about all the colours blended together. The one of Art and Mattias at the pool is so sharp and looks so refreshing! Looks like a great week of summer fun! Thanks for explaining the chair thing too – thought you were a negligent mother letting your child fall while you ran for your camera?! π very cute! boys are such fun!
-
wow, gorgeous pictures again Karin π i love reading your updates… i look forward to them every week!
Post #5 of Personal Project 52 weeks. What a fabulous week. Probably because it was the never-ending weekend. Γ’β’Β₯ * Mattias turned 1. First birthdays are a really big deal to me. From newborn to toddler are some major developmental milestones, never mind size. We kept the celebration pretty low key for the little guy….
-
love the lion cupcakes! they’re soooo cute!!! π
-
Happy Birthday Mattias! Those cupcakes are fabulous!
-
Love the shot of the Canada flag! That is some huge spinach…
-

Thanks for your sweet comment…means so much π
Post #4 of Personal Project 52 weeks. This past week flew by. I can barely remember what I did each day. * Hydrangeas. I love them. They started flowering this week. One of my gardening goals is to have fresh cut flowers inside my home from spring into fall. But especially spring and early spring….
-
i’m loving these posts Karen! so fun. I love the last pic of Noah – that looks familiar π And Costco is one of our fave places too… the kids love it – and so do I!
-
Your strawberry makes my mouth water and I love your dinner idea at Costco – talk about easy clean up! π I have to laugh that you brought your camera there – a true photographer at heart!
-
love the Costco picture! As my kids got older (and more of them) the older 2 would lay on the bottom of the buggy too! Chin up and mind the fingers in the wheels! (didn’t do it often, but they sure had fun when I let them!)
Love your idea ’bout the flowers! I hope you succeed! -
YEAH! It’s up π
love Love LOVE the Costco picture! Mattias sure is looking like the little man; especially in the top right picture. -
Love your idea of a photo summary of your week. So neat! You can dry your hydrangeas so you’ll still have them in December. (-:
-
Cheating on using the Kitchen aid…ha…I don’t think I have ever or will ever “knead” without my kitchen aid. Too lazy.
I Γ’β’Β₯ the hydrangeas. If I ever redecorate my bathroom I think I would do flower pictures, etc. -
This is a great set, Karin. I laughed out loud at the one of Noah telling you to stop. Hilarious. π
-
Awesome …you inspire me! Maybe one day when I have more time, I can do something like this too! hee hee … oh, and using your kitchen aid isn’t cheating ….it’s called being SMART. π
-
