I love checking out your photos. I made tissue pom-poms just like that for my wedding. A nice easy and cheap decoration.

I have definately learned over time having your boys here – Noah moves, talks, plays, eats with such zeal and passion! He is so funny to watch! 🙂 And then Mattias – just love him! He’s got the best facial expressions! Great pics once again Karin!
Hoping and praying that Art’s hand heals up quickly! -

Oh dear! We went through a similar sickness in Feb. It knocked the girls and I out for a week. The girls would sleep for 4 hours in the afternoon and then still go to bed around regular time. I could barely function for a good 3 or 4 days. We were all on anti-biotics for a week. It certainly kicked us all down for a good 10 days (except for John, who managed to take care of us all). Rest and lots of movies were the only things that worked that week.
Feel better soon!

I love that you photographed the favorite stuffies. I need to do that!

Post #38 of personal project 52 weeks. * The obsession with opening and closing the door phase. Combined with understanding how a step / stool can benefit him. Watch out. * Open close open close open close. * Stinker. * It was my mom’s 65th birthday. She hosted a tea party with her friends. And…

Oh Karin Matthias is getting SO big! Too much time has passed since we had a coffee/walk visit, hopefully in September when we are in BC there will be time for one!
That cake looks amazing, I could use your talent with baking and decorating, I remember the cupcakes you made for Matthias’ one year party. SO CUTE!
Hope all is well! -
Mattias putters around a lot doesn’t he? ;)great pictures Karin!
Laura - Those boys are adorable!
Leona - Oh Karin! I just love these pics! Perhaps it’s also because everything looks so familiar to me now – Mattias with a hockey stick and ball almost all day long waiting for Cody to come home – Noah in his glory playing lego, i can imagine the thrill he had with all those lego men…that’s all he ever plays with here too! Two great, loveable guys – both unique in their own way.
and karin – I doubt Noah will ever lose his spark and zest for life 😉 He makes me laugh 😀
sheree - Super cute pics! all i can say is WOW that is alot of Lego guys! and I’m so jealous 😛 So hard to pic a favorite this week. . .but i think that cute little boy in the adorable hat has beat out my childish love for lego. . .maybe.
I’m really going to miss these weekly posts when they’re gone 🙁
Lindsay - I’m with Sheree…I love these posts and will miss them when they’re gone. It’s just a beautiful way to capture the day to day life and you manage to do it in such a creative and artistic way!
