Raap Family » Aldergrove Family Photographer

It was a frosty Saturday morning. A little bit cold but the kids still rolled around in the soft grasses. I love this park. I am still discovering new favorite locations and fun tricks like spots with crystal clear echoes. Thank you Raap Family for choosing me to capture your family!

Bredenhof Extended Family Session » Langley Family Photographer

The Bredenhof family 2015. One of the families was moving to Australia and another lives in Smithers, BC which makes getting together rare. We headed to Sendall Gardens in Langley, a favorite photo location for this family. Here are the photos!

Harold & Alicia’s First Home » Abbotsford Real Estate Photographer

The real estate market in the Lower Mainland has been NUTS lately. Multiple bidding wars, homes selling before they hit Realtor.ca. This Vancouver listing sold for $250,000 over the asking price. It’s madness. And a huge opportunity for those wanting to sell. I’ve been dabbling in real estate photography lately, thanks to our amazing realtor, Verne Stel, Remax Realtor. It’s another avenue of interest for me plus I love to walk through homes.

This charming 5 bedroom rancher is over 2200 sqft and belongs to my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Their home sold in less than 24 hours with multiple offers, above asking price, and the photos did not even make it onto realtor.ca. But they wanted photos of their first home as a keepsake. 🙂

Looks are deceiving. It looks like a small home from the outside, but actually it’s very spacious.

I always love a home where you open the front door and can see through to the backyard. Alicia has piles of wall galleries in her home. They are lovely to linger over while visiting. You’ll see…
